Crush oreos in food processor or in ziplock bag using a rolling pin. Soften cream cheese and then mix in with cookie crumbs. Roll into walnut sized balls. Put in refrigerator at least one hour to harden. Microwave the dipping chocolate according to package directions. Using toothpicks or slotted spoon, dip the balls into the chocolate. Place on waxed paper and refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
